The Person
Finding Solutions' managing director is Peter Barry.
Following the completion of a business degree (BBS (Hons)), Peter then qualified as a Management Accountant (ACMA CGMA) and now has almost 25 years’ experience as an accountant in many different industries. 18 of those years have been as a member of senior management teams.
Peter has vast experience in creating and implementing strategic plans, financial planning and control and many other areas including cashflow management, people management, process reviews, governance, risk and compliance. Peter is also a certified Project Manager.
Peter believes that teams and team work are very important in every organisation. Peter possesses strong leadership capabilities and is very much a team-oriented person who enjoys developing people and helping them get the most out of themselves.
A very energetic person, Peter enjoys work and loves a challenge. He is someone that looks for the most efficient way of doing things either through people or technology, or both!
